Have been working with Adam and the team at 5 Elements Construction for a number of years now. We can book the work in and know with out a doubt that they will always show up on time with top quality workmanship and great communication and understanding with our clients. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to many more years working with Adam and his team.

Fantastic customer service, pleasant, Adam gave me a lot of his time to explain the different products. He is humble, very respectful and knows how to run his business, to him customers are important and it’s not about quantity but giving his customers a good reliable service. He went out of his way to really look after me, from the time of first engagement to the final products delivered, it was done so efficiently without any issues whatsoever. I took my hat off to Adam and Matt, definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants a good quality renovations. Happy to talk to anyone who needs me to verbally assure them.

We renovated 2 bathrooms, a toilet and some flooring and altered internal walls with 5 Elements. Pricing was competitive and we had very good communication with Adam. Tradies were all punctual, respectful and very experienced. The few variations were either by our request or for genuine unforeseen issues. Pricing of variations was very fair. Adam is patient and responsive and committed to good construction. We are very happy with the results and would definitely call him first for any future work.

Adam employs top standard tradesmen who did my kitchen and bathroom renovation of my 1986 constructed house. Tiling in the bathroom was first rate done by one of Australia’s best tilers. The kitchen cabinetry (Tasmanian Oak recovered with 2 pac retaining the bench tops) was expertly done by Adam’s subcontractor. All done to quote though the quote might have been high, but at the end of the job, the workmanship and finishing the work in the planned time is what matters. A job well done.

Im based interstate and required an urgent bathroom and building repair in my investment property due to failed waterproofing. 5 Elements Construction came highly recommended, and from Day 1, dealing with Adam was easy, he provided regular updates, a fair price and liaised with the agent and tenants, ensuring this process was as pain free and seamless as possible. We engaged 5 Elements to undertake a complete renovation of our 3-bedroom St Lucia unit and are very happy with the result. During the planning Adam was a good listener but also willing to provide suggestions and point out any practical issues we had overlooked. He has a great team of experienced tradesmen whose work was of the highest quality and who also always had time to talk to us about what they were doing and to make changes when it seemed appropriate. I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Adam from 5 Elements construction did on my property. Right from the first meeting, I knew I’d made the right choice. His attention to detail is outstanding — every finish, every joint, every little thing was done with real care and precision.
